Bursa KLOFFE encountered great resistance @ 1135 - 1137. Revise your STOP LOSS to 1130. The RSI indicated that it is already in the “Over Bought” area. The price movement has reduced it’s up trend momentum. A retracement will be inevitable around this resistance level.

KLOFFE has tried to test 1125 level but there’re still plenty of supply at lower level. Hold long position as long as it does not retrace back to 1122 level. Also look out for the reversal sign (high volume Doji).

I’ve long the KLOFFE after it open and broke out the 1110 resistance point. Put your STOP LOSS @ 1110. The next resistance will be 1122. Look out for Doji at that resistance point for any sign of reversal.

The KLOFFE has been range bound on 22nd July. It’s hard to determine which direction will the it move. Despite of the KLCI up trend movement, the KLOFFE just could not gather enough momentum to break through the 1110 resistance. Doji appear last night and this could be a reversal sign. It tested the low @ approx 1084. Keep an eye on the Bursa-KLCI. The KLOFFE will be affected heavily on how the KLCI doing today.
